Banner Realty, LLC was born out of the idea that people mattered more than corporate directives.
All of us emerged from working under large corporate brokerages with more bureaucracy than knowledge, more concerns for profits, than for the needs of clients or agents. Together, we have a knowledge base and depth of experience (and in life) that spans nearly 30 years. All of us are committed to buyers and sellers alike with the highest level of service possible. Our extensive knowledge of local markets, combined with attention to detail, and thoughtful analysis, all serve to offer our clients a level of service that few others attain. Each of us are professional real estate investors, besides brokers, and as such, are always driven by a comprehensive knowledge base, tracking current market trends, interest rates, shifts in political and financial winds, and cultural change. After a successful career as a professional airline pilot, I retired from American Airlines where I was a Captain on the Airbus 321. I have seen a great deal of our great nation because of my career and choose to make my home on the mid coast of Maine because of its natural beauty and miles of coastline.
I am a graduate of Rutgers University and of the Princeton School of Real Estate. I’ve been representing both buyers and sellers since 2005. I enjoy negotiating with buyers and sellers so that each is satisfied and receives the best deal possible.
When I was a younger pilot one of my most fun jobs was to fly advertising banners along the Jersey shore. Most of the banners were fun and uplifting and were enjoyed by thousands of beachgoers The name Banner Realty and its logo was taken from these earlier years and because the positive connotation of the word BANNER.
Banner Realty is a small agency located on the island of Islesboro where I am a year-round resident. Banner Realty serves Islesboro and the mid coast area.
I currently serve with the United Coast Guard Auxiliary and as Islesboro’s Harbormaster. In my spare time I enjoy flying my Cessna 172 and fishing and SCUBA diving from my lobster boat.

I’m excited to join my brother Stan at Banner Realty. Although born and raised in New Jersey I now call the mid coast of Maine home. I am a graduate of the Princeton School of Real Estate and Weidel’s Marketer’s Program specializing in marketing and negotiating strategies. I have been recognized for my customer service, due diligence, and ultimately making sure that my buyers and sellers arrive at an agreement that is both fair and equitable.
I hold real estate licenses in Maine and New Jersey and have been representing buyers and sellers since 2004. Whether you are looking to buy or sell in the mid coast area of Maine or in the Garden State I am ready to help you accomplish your goals.
